As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on selling products or services to other businesses and organizations. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Understand clients’ needs and tailor proposals and presentations to meet those needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win situation

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs that align with our brand identity and objectives. This role involves collaborating with team members and clients to create compelling graphics for various mediums, including digital, print, and social media.

Responsibilities: 

Design Creation: 
Develop creative concepts and produce visual assets including motion graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. 

Brand Identity: 
Maintain and enhance the brand identity through consistent design and style. 

Collaboration: 
Work closely with team members and client to understand design requirements and project goals. 
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to design solutions. 

Design Tools and Software: 
Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect), Figma tools to create visual content. 
 
Project Management: 
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. 
Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients. 

Quality Assurance: 
Ensure all design work is of high quality and meets the required standards for accuracy and visual appeal. 
Proofread and check final designs for errors before production or publication.
